What is Run FASD?

Run FASD embodies Strength, Tenacity, Empowerment, Hope, and Vision. A virtual 5k event that can happen at your own pace wherever you are. From September 6th - 16th, 2024, we want you to Run FASD to bring awareness to Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. The dream of author, runner, and FASD self-advocate Rebecca Tillou, Run FASD encourages people with FASD, their allies, and supporters to make this invisible disability, visible. This virtual 5k can be completed at a walk, run, or roll in your own time, at your own pace. Can't run or walk? You can still donate to support FASD.

Run FASD started as a virtual 5k in response to COVID-19 as a way for the FASD community to stay connected to one another. Run FASD has since been a favorite event for folks to gather and connect, whether they run, walk, roll, or sit at the finish line waiting to celebrate their friends.
